We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Dental Assistant.
Duties:
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records using CAD and Epic software
- Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical history
- Assist with medical coding and documentation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
- Familiarity with CAD and Epic software preferred
